So, I was bored and decided that I would make a journal entry to try and bump all my emo ones down a bit since I'm feeling relatively happy. Except for the fact that Adrian verbally destroyed my Kabuki animation.

Other than that, life's been ok. I found my mother sifting her Cap 'n' Crunch in a strainer today. She was trying to separate the crumbs from the cereal pieces I think. It was still mighty strange though. Shes such a nut. Also, Sakura flavored kit-kats basically rule. Eat them NOW. yummers!

And I got new shoes wheeeee~

I'm feeling kind of lonely every now and again and then I kick out of it.

I miss Mike..I want to talk to him but I told him I would leave him alone and I've been good about it for quite some time. I'm worried about him too, from what I've heard, he hasn't really been acting like himself. So I guess I'll just wait it out and see if he ever decides to contact me ever. Heh, I'm starting to doubt it, but I guess I deserve it. I don't think it would be as bad if I could just stop finding journal entries in random notebooks about really awesome times when we were together. I just found one two nights ago that I wrote after our first date :sigh:

Other than that I'm exhausted. I was up til 2 or 3 last night animating a silly little jellyfish, but I ended up loving my animation. And then I had to wake up at 6 to animate it in the lab and to work on my Kabuki animation. I AM SO TIIIIIRED I need to go on vacation or something- Disney World?! yeah right though XD

Anyway...enough of my blathering. 3 DAYS UNTIL BREEEEAAAAAK!!!

Like the title says- being bored is boring. But I guess that I really should be doing some homework

I have...

-An H&A Paper to write about what should or shouldn't be allowed in animated films. And the how the roles of minorities and women have changed in animated films in recent years. -yawn- although I do get to read an article about Ren and Stimpy.

-Characters, set, and a small sample of a shot list for my kabuki animation. I should also write an e-mail to Johnny Robinson to ask him for some help : )

-I need to e-mail my grandparents to thank them for Christmas stuff >.>

-A whole bunch of Story and Structure stuff

.....I have two weeks now to do my final 2 minute animation. I think that I may be in trouble.

Last night was great! I needed a great day considering the whole week I have not been sleeping and I have been stressing out. And then the not sleeping thing started making me miss classes (like I am today) because its to the point where I'm feeling sick from it.

Buuuut anyway...So last night I went over to Sarah and Jeff's for a little while after I got out of work. We started off watching these hilarious videos of Japanese game shows and things (go to you tube and type in "Crazy Asian Tetris" or "Wacky Olympics"), but then we ended up playing Monopoly, which Jeff destroyed Sarah and I in. Also, monopoly consumed my soul...it hated me the entire game! The game ended up going on for I think 3 hours maybe longer, all because Sarah couldn't just say that Jeff won until he completely destroyed her XD In this time, Jeff managed to dl a DVD quality version of Juno, Sarah made us some pasta (which they showed me that if you add a little olive oil and garlic to it when its done, its DELICIOUS), and their roomate managed to pretty much destroy Jeff's phone. Because he's an idiot who way playing Wii Tennis with very limited space and fragrance oil that could be knocked over.

After a rousing game of Monopoly we watched Juno, which was pretty good. It wasn't the most A-MAZING thing I've ever seen, but it was worth watching. I think I would see it a second time : ) It was very cute and awkward...VERY awkward :p but it had some serious stuff in there too. I laughed..a lot ^_^

When the movie was done, Sarah and I sat down to a competitive game of.........CHUTES AND LADDERS! WHEEE! I totally pwnd her the first game, then she beat me the second time and the tie breaker. I just couldn't stop vandalizing everyone's property! (she couldnt stop eating all the damn cookies though :p ).

All in all it was fun-tastic.

Now I have to get back to writing my H&A paper about propaganda in an animated film (I'm either writing about Fern Gully or Princess Mononoke) and deciding what I should do for my found footage project X.x And I still have to decide what to do for my Intro project Haha- It'll all get done!!!! :D

Okay, so monday night I found a recipe for onigiri and how to cook the sushi rice that its made from. So earlier tonight I made up some rice (it takes a while, but it needs to so that way it'll stick together well, but without making the rice all mushy). I didn't have any umeboshi on me, nor have I tried any but I desperately want to- I hear its fantastic!- so I improvised with whatever I had in my fridge. I had heard that western or Japanese style pickles are good in onigiri so I tried putting some pickles in one and it was in fact delicious!!!!! 1 Cup of rice, ended up making 3 small Onigiri, the one with pickles in it that I ate, another one with pickles for lunch on Wednesday, and I put bacon in my last one. I'm interested in seeing how that one turns out tomorrow.

But I'm excited!!! it was so yummies : D Now I want to cook lots and lots now!! I also feel like baking. But I have no one to cook or bake for...and my mommy won't eat anything foreign that I make unless it's chicken teriyaki XD ...WAAAHH!! :le sigh:

Also, found this writing in a journal from when Mike and I were together that hurt my heart and made me smile uncontrollably and still does when I think about it. Is that weird? In any case...I wish I had written down more little things like this that happened throughout or relationship. The good things. The silly little things that one forgets through time in a four-year relationship, the ones that are so great to look back on. It kind of makes me upset.

I'm upset a lot lately. But, being back at school makes me feel better even if its insanely stressful. I feel like I have friends again and that I'm surrounded by people who are like me! wheee. I get so upset that I spent so many nights and days all by myself over break, I'm so laaaaame XD Haha, oh well. Since I found out that Mike, Sarah, and Jeff had already planned to go see Juno together, I think I may be going with Alex and one of her friends to see it : ) When and where, I don't know, but whatever it'll be funs!

You know what, whatever to all that sad crap. I'm going to start feeling better, I'm going to lose weight and gain confidence, I'm going to cosplay as Yuffie, Mimi, and Ayane, I'm feeling accomplished, I've thought of a found footage project, a final project idea, and I think I may have a cut-out animation idea. Wheee! I think Im starting to feel awesomes : )

Okies, so i definately had no idea that last summer, during the Family Values Tour, Dir En Grey was along side Korn performing here in the US. And apparently Dir En Grey did a tour called Inward Scream a few months ago in February. Now, I'm not a huge fan of either band, although I do like some of Dir En Grey's stuff, buuuuut that means Jrock is being brought to the US!!!!! I want Gazette to come here now. Like right now! This instant :looks around: well fine...but after this tour their on now they better come to the US! :p <3

Anyway....that was really all...

So Samies was over last night and the topic of seeing Gazette live in Japan came up. Well, I've been wanting to go to Japan for quite some time, and I figure, I might as well go sooner rather than later, that way Gazette might still be together so I can see them live! ^_____^ I'm hoping to go either next year (which woud be most awesome) or in two years!! I'm also hoping that Samies can come with me...and my sister wants to tag along also :) So we all might go one summer and just have a blast for like 4 days or so. :) I'm crazy excited about it now!!!!!! I want to go next year!!!!! ;.; but I dont think that that can happen...

Aaaanyways...sooooooo bored! I want this outfit by Heaven from H. Naoto, but I have no idea if they ship to the US...plus its like 300 dollars....BUUUUT I can save that up by June and get it...which pretty much rocks. HARD.

School is majorly stressing me out! I ended up having to drop my Art class because this guy was simply asking too much of me, when I already have a schedule that I can't keep up with. So, that had to go. Japanese is irritating me, because the mid term is tomorrow, I haven't had any time to study, I should be studying right now, but I'm so stressed that I cant focus. I know that I'm going to completely fail it! ;.; THEN, on top of that, I have a psych test that I also haven't had time to study for! they're both tomorrow, Im so scared to see how I end up doing. I lso have to turn in all my assignments for Animation class tomorrow, I just have to finish a few more things (I'll have time in class tomorrow) and then I can turn it in.

ALSO, I really really want RIT to tell me if I'm accepted or not, this not knowing thing is driving my craaaazy!!! Speaking of schools and stuff...I want to take Japanese II over the summer at MCC (I mean I payed for a book that's supposed to last 2 years, so why not get two years out of it?) so I hope its available.
